Add 6g wǔ wèi zi (Schisandra berries; 五味子) and 9g hawthorn berries (山楂) in 500ml water. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes. Sweeten with honey (optional). This healthy tea is rich in antioxidants, aids digestion, and promotes restful sleep.
How to brew cassia seed tea:
Rinse herbs before use.
