Please provide each recipient’s contact details, personalised gift message and preferred delivery period. While we try our best to accommodate your preferred delivery period(s), some flexibility may be necessary due to peak season demand.

Delivery form submissions will be processed within 2-3 working days, therefore please allow adequate processing time when selecting your preferred delivery period.

Deliveries will be made during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, excluding public holidays and store closure days. Kindly ensure that all contact and delivery details are accurate. If our delivery crew is unable to reach the recipient after two failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee of $25 will apply.

Note: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or restricted areas, including army camps, airbases, offshore islands, Jurong Island, Tuas Link and Changi Cargo Center.
