Korean Red Ginseng Roots (Good Grade) 高丽参[良字]

Premium quality representing the Top 10% of Korean Red Ginseng. Good grade ginseng falls right below Earth grade ginseng, featuring good interior structure, colour and shape.

Guide to packaging size, root size and number of roots
The numbers 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 indicated on the packaging represents the size of the root. This represents the number of pieces of ginseng in a 600g packaging. For example, Heaven grade | 10, have approximately 10 pieces of roots in 600g. The smaller the number, the bigger the root.

Dosage:
3g per day

New users are recommended to start by taking a reduced dose for a period of one month to get their body accustomed to the efficacies of Korean Red Ginseng.

Children aged 3 to 15 years old are recommended to consume half the regular dosage recommended for adults.

Ensure you drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

Directions:
Sliced or powdered, infused in water or cooked according to individual preference

Guide to home decocting of KRG roots
Prepare required Korean Red Ginseng roots and water (use approximately 2 litres of water per 100g of Korean Red Ginseng roots).

Bring water to a boil. Put Korean Red Ginseng roots in boiling water. Lower fire to keep water temperature at about 85-95°C. Do not keep the water boiling.
Decoct for 2-3 hours.

If not drinking immediately, keep the remaining decoction refrigerated. Use as soon as possible.

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat. Refrigerate after opening.
