Sheng Hua Tang (生化汤) is a postpartum TCM formula that focuses on nourishing blood, treating postpartum blood deficiency and blood stasis, eliminating lochia, and relieving pain in the lower abdomen after delivery.

Serving size:
1 to 2

Suggested use:
Rinse herbs before use. Boil the herbs (excluding saffron) in 1.5L of water. Add 300-500g of pork muscle meat and simmer over low heat for 2 hrs. Add saffron in the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve it warm.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Best kept refrigerated.
