A mixture of 3 different grades of roots pieces. Cut grade ginseng is made up of a mixture of incomplete Heaven, Earth and good grade ginseng roots, which are broken during harvesting.

Dosage:
3g per day
New users are recommended to start by taking a reduced dose for a period of one month to get their body accustomed to the efficacies of Korean Red Ginseng.
Children aged 3 to 15 years old are recommended to consume half the regular dosage recommended for adults.
Ensure you drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

Guide to home decocting of KRG roots
Prepare required Korean Red Ginseng roots and water (use approximately 2 litres of water per 100g of Korean Red Ginseng roots).
Bring water to a boil. Put Korean Red Ginseng roots in boiling water. Lower fire to keep water temperature at about 85-95°C. Do not keep the water boiling.
Decoct for 2-3 hours.
If not drinking immediately, keep the remaining decoction refrigerated. Use as soon as possible.
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat.
Refrigerate after opening.
