Dried Chinese Stemless Flower Mushrooms 中国挖角花菇

Our Dried Chinese Stemless Flower Mushrooms enhance the umami of Chinese cuisine dishes such as soups and braised dishes. In comparison to the Japanese Flower Mushrooms, the stemless Chinese flower mushrooms are softer and have a more QQ (chewy) texture after soaking and cooking. They are also well-loved by many customers for their convenience as they come stemless.

To rehydrate dried flower mushrooms, simply rinse them under cold water. Place the dried mushrooms into a pot or bowl of warm or cold water and cover with a lid. Soak them for about 2-3 hours or till softened before cooking. You may adjust the soaking time based on your preference.

Tip:
Soaking the mushrooms in cold water would help them to better retain their flavour. The leftover liquid from soaking the mushrooms can be used to add flavour to the dishes.
