Efficacies: Stengthens body constitution and improves general health
Ingredients: Peony root, Atractylodis rhizome, Milkvetch root, Chuanxiong, Chinese angelica, Codonopsis, Poria, Liquorice root, Wolfberry, Rehmannia root, Cassia bark
Preparation: Bring all the herbs to boil in 1.5 litres of water. Add 300-500g of meat and simmer at lower heat for 2 hours.
