Sheng Hua Tang is a postpartum TCM formula that focuses on nourishing blood, treating postpartum blood deficiency and blood stasis, eliminating lochia, and relieving pain in the lower abdomen after delivery. 

Benefits: Enhances blood circulation, promotes uterus recovery, aids in lochia discharge, relieves pain, reduces blood stasis, dispels cold in lower abdomen

Ingredients: Premium Spanish Saffron, Szechuan Lovage Rhizome, Chinese Angelica, Liquorice Root, Peach Kernel, Dried Ginger

Preparation: Rinse herbs before use. Put the herbs (excluding saffron), 300-500g of meat and 1.5 litres of water into a pot (ensure water is sufficient to cover them all). Bring it to a boil and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add saffron in the last 5 mins before serving.

Precautions: Not suitable for pregnant women

Serving size: 1 to 2 servings
