Sheng Hua Tang (生化汤) is a postpartum TCM formula that focuses on nourishing blood, treating postpartum blood deficiency and blood stasis, eliminating lochia, and relieving pain in the lower abdomen after delivery.

Preparation: Rinse herbs before use. Boil the herbs (excluding saffron) in 1.5L of water. Add 300-500g of pork muscle meat and simmer over low heat for 2 hrs. Add saffron in the last 5 mins before serving.
Precautions: Not suitable for pregnant women
