Ingredients: Premium Spanish saffron, Chuanxiong, Chinese Angelica, Liquorice root, Persicae semen, Rhizoma zingberis preparata
Preparation: Bring herbs (excluding Saffron) to boil in 1.5 litres of water. Add 300-500g of meat and simmer at lower heat for 2 hours. Add Saffron in the last 5 minutes.
Precautions: Not suitable for pregnant women
