Preparation: Infuse 1 teaspoon in hot water for about 5 minutes before consuming. For a cold brew tea, use room temperature water instead and refrigerate for 2 hours or longer if you prefer a stronger taste. (Note: It is recommended to pour away the first brew to 'wash' the tea.)
Recommendation: Serve your tea infusion with lemon and honey, or sprinkle some into your cake batter, sparkling cocktails or chicken dish for a fragrant, summery flavour.
