Guide to home decocting of KRG roots
Prepare required KRG roots and water (use approximately 2 litres of water per 100g of KRG roots).
Bring water to a boil. Put KRG roots in boiling water. Lower fire to keep water temperature at about 85-95°C. Do not keep the water boiling.
Decoct for 2-3 hours.
If not drinking immediately, keep the remaining decoction refrigerated. Use as soon as possible.
